Acceptance of terms and conditions

- Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of the Terms and Conditions, Terms of Use and Privacy Policy shown on our website.

Promotion Offer

  1. $180 value voucher ($100 initial Chiropractic consultation plus $80 report of findings/ long consultation visit) for $49. Sign up online and contact Global Chiropractic to book an appointment on 03 54443388. 
  2. The promotional offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and is valid for Australian residents and new clients only. 
  3. The promotional offer cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative gift.

  • Promotional Product 
  • To be eligible to claim the “Promotional Offer” individuals must attend a pre-appointment call and functional health analysis appointment as selected functional health clinic as outlined below during the Promotional Period (Promotional Product)

Eligibly 

- This Promotion is open to all Victorian residents. Employees and directors of the Promoter, the Promoters related companies or any agencies involved in this Promotion, and the immediate families of each of those persons are eligible to participate in this Promotion provided they purchased the “Promotional Product” through a participating authorized functional health Victoria location. 

Personal Information

- Global Chiropractic Limited collects personal information to promote Global Chiropractic products and also deliver promotional offers, gifts and prizes to participants. All entries received become the property of the Promoter. Please refer to the Promoters Privacy Policy at www.globalchiropractic.com.au 

Liability 

- Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, Global Chiropractic (including its employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunctions (whether or not under the Promoters control) (b) any theft, unauthorized access or third party interference; (c) any claim or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in gift value to that stated in these Terms & Conditions; or (e) use of a gift. 

  • Alter/Conclude 

- Global Chiropractic reserves the right to extend, alter or conclude this Promotion at any time should circumstances dictate. If any participant is found to be abusing this promotion, Global Chiropractic has the right to terminate their clam rights immediately. Should any disputes arise, the decision of Global Chiropractic is final

No services provided are implied to be treatments or cures for any condition and are instead provided in support of normal health, function and/or recovery.
